But for what? For failure to pay property taxes.
This is the result of inadequate, fragmented oversight by Federal and State agencies who lack manpower and authority to track and remedy even overt and long histories of fraud and abuse in the medical industry, despite reports of whistle blowers who are concerned enough to risk their own jobs.
